By registering for ShoppyWelb, you agree that you are accessing the platform for Business-to-Business (B2B) purposes. You are solely responsible for fulfilling the pre-orders, physical goods, and services you offer to your customers ("Shoppers"). ShoppyWelb provides the software infrastructure but is not a party to the transactions between you and your Shoppers.
You agree not to use the ShoppyWelb platform to sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items. You must comply with all local commerce laws, as well as Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy and TikTok's API Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, without prior notice.
ShoppyWelb integrates with third-party payment gateways (e.g., Mobile Money operators, card processors) to facilitate your sales. ShoppyWelb is a technology provider, not a bank or financial institution. We do not hold your funds. All payouts, chargebacks, and reconciliation disputes are subject to the terms of the respective payment gateway.
We require "Know Your Customer" (KYC) verification for all vendors. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Failure to complete KYC or providing false documentation will result in immediate termination of your platform access.
ShoppyWelb provides its services "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, delivery delays by third-party couriers, WhatsApp or TikTok API downtime, or disputes arising between you and your Shoppers.
